We didn’t know until we had already boarded the train and were forced to buy new and more expensive tickets out of our own pocket. In our 4 hour window we were able to visit 3 of the 6 monasteries, more than enough, the rest we were satisfied with just seeing from viewpoints which Christos knew the best places for optimal viewing. Be prepared for the number of steps to visit, our first had 300 each way, 2nd had 200 each way, and last had 165 each way. The Holocaust Museum was quite informative, with Helena adding information as we looked at the exhibits. Our driver, Alex was always ready when we were ready to move on. Helena went way out of her way to help me solve a problem. I was very grateful for her assistance.”
