“Our day trip to the Peloponnese was wonderful, and provided insights into over 2000 years of history on the peninsula. Our guide, Apostilos, explained the events that surrounded the rise and fall of the Mycenaean civilization as we approached the hill of Mycenae, provided background on the Classic and Hellenistic eras before we reached Epidaurus, and gave us a driving tour of Nafplio that highlighted the Venetian influences of this beautiful modern town. Great locations, beautiful weather, and a knowledgeable guide made for a great day - thank you!”

“the stories the gude told us gave is the historical, mythological, HOmor significance and how events and poems were connected. Enlightening. Guide kept us safe by warning of slippery surfaces and on time by clearly pointingout meetig places and tiem to gather. The pottery stop was wonderful and really gave an insight into ancient techniques vs painting on portery.”

“A good overview of the major archaeological sites. Plenty of time to visit both museums and sites. The administration of the tour was a bit chaotic at the beginning but once we got going it was fine. The hotels were rather dated but mostly adequate”

“The highlight for me was to see Ancient Corinth & the areas Paul walked. I appreciated Sophia pointing out the many sights along the way with the history. Our driver (Christoph) delivered us safely to our destinations & navigated the Athens city traffic expertly coming back. I choose not to join the meal in Nafpoli based on reading the reviews on here. I had a delicious cup of coffee & took a snack; using the time to walk this quaint seaside town. There are plenty of options to eat there.”
