“This was really the highlight of our six-week visit in Greece. Very well organized excursion from beginning to end, with high caliber guides Vassilis, Chris and Evangalis (Vagas), our chauffeur from Meteora to Delphi. He treated us as if we were his parents. The site of Meteora is absolutely worth the the visit. We've seldom seen something so spectacular and combined with all the history going back so many centuries, we leave with a sense of awe at the resilience of these monks. “We had no info about itinerary once we arrived at train station. We found our names and were told to get on this bus but suddenly our names were called to get off the bus to go to our hotels where we were dropped off. No one could provide any information? We booked the tour separately and figured we would be at the same hotel but were not. Took a while to find someone to check me in and he finally provided some into but was still in the dark about the full 3 day tour. Would have been nice to receive some info on how all this was going…”
