“This walking tour through the Gazi and Kerameiko areas is filled with incredible street art murals and, of course, graffiti. Our guide, Kalliopi, was fun to be with, and we learned a lot from her about the origins of many of the murals, as well as the “code” (if you will) of the taggers who create the graffiti. Some of the streets and cozy byways we traversed were extremely colorful because of the street art or graffiti on the walls. After the tour we went to Kalliopi’s studio and created (decorated) our very own totes. This was a very fun activity. I highly recommended it!”
